Send Bitcoin to Anyone with a Twitter Account

Bitcoin Tipper allows you to create a bitcointipper account, deposit bitcoins in it , and then send the bitcoins to another Twitter user. When a Twitter user recieves bitcoin , a bitcointipper account will be automatically created for them. They can leave the bitcoins in their account or withdraw them to a bitcoin address. Any deposit that is not claimed within 30 days will be returned to the Tipper.
